All of our items are delivered digitally via email one time download link. We do NOT ship any physical products. If you have any questions, please email contact@drdentnotes.com



Refunds (if applicable) 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch via email at contact.drdentnotes@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.

However, please note that as we provide digital products that cannot be returned, we only send refunds under very specific conditions. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it does not fit our eligibility criteria.

 

Situations eligible for a refund:

1. A customer accidentally purchases 2x or more of the same subject (i.e duplicate purchase). Under this circumstance, we will gladly refund the amount of duplicates back to you upon request.

2. Payment errors resulting in overpayment/overcharging.


We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • A customer purchases multiple items, downloads them all and saves
    them, then requests a refund will not be eligible.

  • ‘Accidental purchases'; our multi-step checkout is designed specifically
    to make accidental purchasing impossible, and as such we do not
    grant refunds for purchasing errors.

  • Any order made more than 30 days prior to a request will not be
    considered for refunding.

If you are approved for a refund, you will receive an email notification confirming this, and receive return of funds via your original payment method, within 5 business days. Our policies are subject to change.
